How to Send Money
To send money overseas, simply visit any SingPost post office branch.
Sender should fill out the ‘To Send’ form at SingPost, and provide the receiver’s mandatory information. Sender should present the completed form to the counter staff along with the money sender wishes to send and the transfer fee, plus the sender’s identification documentation.
After completing the money transfer, sender will be issued a receipt bearing a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Sender should then contact the receiver and provide the sender’s mandatory information as below to the receiver:
- Sender's Name
- Sending Amount
- The sender’s country where money was sent from
Important Note: Please do not disclose your transaction details to anyone except your named received.
